Fixed Assets

Good asset management begins with the acquisition of an asset.  By capturing the information as a normal part of the procurement process, assets are immediately and accurately entered into the system.  You can designate which items are fixed assets or set up a business rule (for example, purchases over $5,000) to have the system automatically capture the data.

The Fixed Asset Module also enables you to monitor the acquisition, transfer, and deletion of multiple categories of fixed assets. This module reduces administrative activities and improves asset management  by providing immediate access to information. In addition, the module provides greater control and management of aging assets through total line tracking.
